Order Processing

 

Many of our garments are made to order, one-of-one, or produced in limited quantities.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, please allow 2–3 weeks for your piece to be handcrafted in our London studio before dispatch.

Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

 

Shipping Destinations

 

We currently ship domestically within the UK and internationally to selected destinations.
If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at info@alkaidluette.com for assistance.

 

Shipping Methods & Costs

 

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery service.
All orders are shipped using tracked and reliable courier services to ensure your piece arrives safely.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing

 

International Orders & Duties

 

For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

ALKAID LUETTE is unable to estimate or control these fees and cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by customs clearance.

 

Delivery & Responsibility

 

Once your order has been dispatched and handed to the courier, risk of loss passes to the carrier.
If you experience delivery issues, delays, or damage upon arrival, please notify us as soon as possible so we may assist where appropriate.
