Returns Eligibility
Items purchased from ALKAID LUETTE may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

The garment is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

All original tags, packaging, and accompanying materials are included
To protect the integrity of our pieces, returns that do not meet these conditions may be respectfully declined and returned to the sender.
How to Return

Complete the Return Form included with your order.

Repackage the item carefully, ensuring it is protected and intact

Ship the parcel using a trackable service of your choice
Returns must be shipped from the same country in which the order was originally placed, in accordance with shipping regulations.
Processing & Refunds
Once your return arrives, please allow 7–14 business days for inspection and processing.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
